CLASS DESCRIPTION/OPIS SATOVA​

 

BASIC YOGA 

 

In Basic Yoga, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and improve flexibility, mobility and strength in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated, promoting mindfulness. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. This class is suitable for beginners.

Na Basic Yoga satu, vježbat ćemo osnovne asane/yoga poze, kako bi poboljšali fleksibilnost, mobilnost i snagu. Sat sadrži komponente meditacije i tehnike disanja. Možete očekivati naglasak na jednostavnosti, i lakoći pokreta. Sat je prikladan za početnike. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga class, is a set of sequences that are a series of slow and gentle movements, and mat-based postures with the use of props, that help release tension in the body. It is known for having a positive impact on the mind and reducing stress and anxiety levels. 

The class is suitable for beginners and regular practitioners.

 

Restorativna Yoga, je sat gdje držimo poze u dužem periodu, u ugodnim i podržavajućim pozicijama, uz pomoć rekvizita. Pomaže pri otpuštanju tenzija iz tijela, reducira stres i napetost. Sat je prikladan i za početnike i za redovite vježbače.

YOGA FLOW

Yoga Flow is a class where the movement is linked to the breath. This class improves flexibility, builds muscle strength, and boosts your immune system. Meditation and breathing techniques are incorporated into the class. It is not suitable for beginners.

 

Yoga Flow se fokusira na pokret koji je povezan s dahom. Ovaj sat razvija fleksibilnost, gradi mišićnu snagu, i poboljšava opće stanje imuniteta. Na satu prolazimo meditaciju i tehnike disanja. Sat nije prikladan za potpune početnike.

MORNING YOGA

Morning Yoga is designed to gently wake up the body, increase your heart rate and work out all the stiffness, and tightness after hours of sleeping. The class incorporates sun salutations, gentle flow of asanas, as well as meditation and breathing techniques. The class is suitable for beginners and regular practitioners.

 

Morning Yoga će nježno razbuditi vaše tijelo, povećati puls i razraditi ukočenost od prethodnih sati sna. Na satu ćemo proći pozdrave suncu, asane, meditaciju i tehnike disanja. Sat je prikladan i za početnike i za redovite vježbače.

PRENATAL YOGA

Pregnancy can be an amazing experience, and it is definitely a transformational journey for every woman. 

Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed for pregnant women’s bodies.
In prenatal classes, poses are modified for pregnancy, breathwork is emphasized, and stretching and strengthening moves are implemented which help your body prepare for labor. 

 

You don’t have to be a yogi before you decide to join prenatal classes. As long as your doctor has given you the green light to stay physically active during pregnancy, yoga is an ideal activity for all future moms.

Prenatal yoga se fokusira na poze koje su specifično prilagođene trudnicama, radi se na osvještavanju disanja, opuštanja i osnaživanja određenih mišićnih skupina, koje će pripremiti vaše tijelo na porod, ali i za fazu nakon poroda.

 

Ne morate biti iskusni vježbač da bi se pridružili ovim satovima. Dokle god je vaš ob/gyn dao zeleno svjetlo za aktivnu trudnoću, yoga je idealna za trudnoću.
