In Basic Yoga, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and improve flexibility, mobility and strength in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated, promoting mindfulness. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. This class is suitable for beginners.


Yoga Flow is a class where the movement is linked to the breath. This class improves flexibility, builds muscle strength, and boosts your immune system. Meditation and breathing techniques are incorporated into the class. It is not suitable for beginners.


Restorative Yoga class, is a set of sequences that are a series of slow and gentle movements, and mat-based postures with the use of props, that help release tension in the body. It is known for having a positive impact on the mind and reducing stress and anxiety levels. 

The class is suitable for beginners and regular practitioners.


FLOW & RESTORE is a combination of Yoga Flow sequences, Moon salutations and Restorative Yoga, working on the physical body as well as the energetical body.  


Pregnancy can be an amazing experience, and it is definitely a transformational journey for every woman. 

Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed for pregnant women’s bodies.
In prenatal classes, poses are modified for pregnancy, breathwork is emphasized, and stretching and strengthening moves are implemented which help your body prepare for labor. 


You don’t have to be a yogi before you decide to join prenatal classes. As long as your doctor has given you the green light to stay physically active during pregnancy, yoga is an ideal activity for all future moms.

Just did my first yoga class with Franka. A really great instructor, with good knowledge, who tailored each pose for my needs as a beginner. Thoroghly enjoyed my 60 mintues with her, and will definately be back! Get here, you won't regret it

I have always wanted to do yoga but struggled to find the time and money. Having Franka offer classes on zoom at a reasonable price has made it so easy for me to add it into my schedule. She is an amazing teacher and I love going to the classes each week. She is so good at listening to each persons needs and accomodating to them.
