Let's begin together...

Pregnancy can be an amazing experience, and it is definitely a transformational journey for every woman.

Prenatal Yoga is a form of physical movement and meditation where breath and specific body positions are used to help connect the mind and body. Prenatal yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed for pregnant women’s bodies. Poses are modified for pregnancy, breathwork is emphasized, and stretching and strengthening moves are implemented which help your body prepare for labor.

You don’t have to be a yogi before you decide to join prenatal classes. As long as your doctor has given you the green light to stay physically active during pregnancy, yoga is an ideal activity for all future moms. It’s gentle and designed for pregnancy, which means it helps prepare you for the mental aspects of childbirth (and beyond).

We will use a lot of props to make you comfortable (bed pillows, folded blankets, chair, etc) and to achieve the proper alignment. All you need is an internet connection and a screen (laptop, mobile, ipad...).

Online live classes are currently held every THURSDAY 7.30PM AEST. You will also have access to all pre recorded videos, so you can practice any time.

Your yoga teacher will want to know your name, how far along you are, any aches and pains you're having, and what body parts or poses you’d like to work on. Your teacher will check in with you every class, as all of these sensations can change on a daily basis. These classes can also be a wonderful way to connect to other mamas to be, and share the journey.

Pregnant Yoga

Tina Pavasovic

"My personal experience was wonderfull, I highly recommend these classes to all pregnant ladies. This is my second pregnancy, and I regret not attending prenatal yoga in my first one as well, the difference is significant. With Frankies guidance, my body feels more prepared for labor, and I am moving through pregnancy with more ease. In regards to Frankie, I only have words of praise. Understanding and supportive through the good and the bad days of pregnancy. I am certain I will continue practising yoga after my pregnancy as well."
