YOGA JOURNEY FOR STRESS RELIEF
Welcome to our online yoga program for stress relief!
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
I have been practising and using yoga as a tool to lower my stress levels and overall improve my wellbeing for years now, and it works wonders when I need to recenter myself. So I wanted to create a yoga program that will be easy to apply and roster into your everyday life, and anyone can use it.
WHO IS IT FOR?
When I was putting this program together, I wasn’t creating it for an experienced yogi, but I was more focused on people who need a daily relief, without giving up hours and hours of their time. You don’t have to be familiar with yoga, flexible or a zen master to start this journey. You just have to have 10-30 minutes a day that you will dedicate to yourself.
Having limited time, whether it’s because of your career, family or something else, can lead to stress build up, and overall disbalance. Before you know it you end up being emotionally and physically exhausted.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
TEN DIFFERENT YOGA VIDEOS BETWEEN 10-30 MINUTES LONG - I find this is the perfect length to slowly start diving into something new, creating a new routine, or fitting it into a tight schedule.
THREE DIFFERENT GUIDELINE CALENDARS- Viva La Print, has designed three beautiful calendars, which you can use as a guide to scheduling these classes into your week or month, so you can have a guide to how you can apply this program.
This isn't a workout challenge, or something you can fail at. This program is a tool for you to use when and how you want it, to benefit your life, take you away from the stress, hustle and bustle, and find that space of peace within.
WHAT IS THE GOAL?
The main goal with this program, is to guide you into creating a space for yourself, where you can find ways to release stress, tension, and reconnect with yourself. I am so looking forward to beginning this journey with you.
